JACKSONVILLE, N.C. (WITN) -Police are asking for the public’s help to find a man involved in a hit and run.
According to Jacksonville police, the hit and run happened at a vape and tobacco shop parking lot on Liberty Drive last Monday.
The man was seen driving a dark burgundy or black Honda Accord with an Illinois tag.
