GREENVILLE, N.C. (WITN) -Greenville police say one person was killed in a shooting Thursday night.
At approximately 7:00 p.m., GPD responded to the report of multiple shots fired in the Sterling Pointe community.
When officers arrived they located a man suffering from gunshot wounds near building 3909. The man died from his injuries.
Investigators are still looking into the circumstances and events leading up to the shooting.
