DUPLIN COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) – Deputies in one Eastern Carolina county are asking for your help in solving a gun store theft.

Duplin County deputies today released surveillance photos of last month’s break-in at Bear Swamp Guns on Highway 24/50 outside of Warsaw.

The deputies were called to the gun shop on May 28th for the store’s alarm going off. The burglar had already left when deputies arrived and several guns were taken.

They believe the burglar injured themselves as blood was found at the crime scene.
