JACKSONVILLE, N.C. (WITN) – Police say they’ve made an arrest surrounding the shooting death of a teenager on Sunday.

Jacksonville police said that Jonathan Mills, Jr., of Hubert, was arrested Monday morning on an open count of murder for the death of 19-year-old Terrance Grant, of Maysville.

Grant was shot outside of the Windsor Place Apartments on Western Blvd. on Sunday.

Mills is being held without bond.
