KINSTON, N.C. (WITN) – Kinston Police are investigating after three people were hurt in a drive-by shooting Monday night.

Major Brandon Turner says it happened around 9:30 p.m. at Richard Green Apartments, a public housing complex.

No suspect is in custody at this time, and there is no word on the condition of the victims.

Major Turner says they are planning to send out more information soon.
