CHERRY POINT, N.C. (WITN) -Residents will just have to deal with the increased noise until an upcoming airshow is over, but the fun and excitement should be well worth it.

Marines say those who live near Cherry Point should expect a lot of noise with not only the airshow, but with rehearsals and setup activities.

Preparations begin tomorrow, with the actual event this weekend.

With all the people, those driving on U.S. 70 in the Havelock area should expect some traffic delays.
