Second arrest made in Bethel store robbery

BETHEL, N.C. (WITN) – A second arrest has been made in an armed robbery at a Bethel convenience store.

Pitt County deputies on Tuesday arrested Nicholas Bullock, of Greenville.

The man is charged with attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon, two counts of conspire to commit armed robbery, and two counts of second degree kidnapping.

The robbery happened last Thursday at Nick’s Food Mart on Washington Street in Bethel.

Deputies have already charged 34-year-old Tairina Spellman with similar charges.

The 24-year-old Bullock is being held without bond.
