ROANOKE RAPIDS, N.C. (WITN) – Roanoke Rapids Police are looking for a man accused of trying to rob a business at gunpoint.

Police say around 9:30 Wednesday night, a masked man walked into the Hardees on Hwy 158 and pointed a gun at the clerk.

We’re told he ran behind the counter and asked where the money was and then ran back out.

Roanoke Rapids Police continue to search for him.
