Police looking for driver in hit-and-run crash in Rocky Mount

ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. (WITN) – Authorities say they are searching for the person who struck a pedestrian and fled the scene on Saturday in Rocky Mount.

According to the Rocky Mount Police Department, it happened at 11:05 pm at the intersection of US-64 Alternate West and US-Highway 64.

Police say the victim was transported to ECU Health in Greenville with life threatening injuries.
