POLICE: Beaufort County fugitive may be in Greenville area

GREENVILLE, N.C. (WITN) – A Beaufort County fugitive that deputies say should be considered armed and dangerous may be in the Greenville area.

Greenville police said on Tuesday that they had gotten information that 21-year-old Joshua Glaspie, who is considered a fugitive in Beaufort County, might be in the Greenville area.

According to deputies in Beaufort County, Glaspie fled during his November trial and has been on the run ever since. His trial continued without him and Glaspie was found guilty on November 15th of attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury, and discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling.
