Piedmont Natural Gas maintenance outside of Plymouth today

WASHINGTON COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) – A natural gas company wants to warn residents of loud sounds and visible fire as it services industrial framework over a week outside of an Eastern Carolina town.

Today through next Friday, April 12th, Piedmont Natural Gas will perform routine infrastructure maintenance near 482 Morrattock Road outside of Plymouth.

Maintenance will include the use of a flare stack. The work could produce a loud noise and result in a tall flame being visible to nearby neighborhoods and businesses.
