The Open Door Women’s Shelter is celebrating its fifth year of “guiding women and children out of homelessness” here in Eastern North Carolina.

GREENVILLE, N.C. (WITN) – The Open Door Women’s Shelter is celebrating its fifth year of “guiding women and children out of homelessness” here in Eastern North Carolina.

The shelter is hosting a ribbon cutting at its facility located at 1240 Cowell Farm Road in Washington, N.C. on Thursday, February 15 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
