NASH COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) – Deputies in Nash County are investigating a homicide Thursday afternoon.

The Nash County Sheriff’s Office in a Facebook post said that it’s investigating an incident on Liles Road between West Hornes Church Road and Southern Nash High Road.

Sergeant Macie Hasty says that there was a domestic situation that resulted in a homicide on Liles Road.

She says 37-year-old Brandon Earp has been taken into custody.

A man was found dead at the home but authorities are not releasing his name at this time.
