KINSTON, N.C. (WITN) – An Eastern Carolina police department is looking for a teenage girl who they say has been reported missing.

The Kinston Police Department says Jakyra Bryant, 16, was last seen March 2nd in the 500 Block of East Washington Avenue.

The police department says she has black hair, brown eyes, stands at 5-foot-2, and weighs around 105 pounds.

Officers say she was wearing a black/white jacket, blue jeans, and pink and white shoes.

Investigators believe she could be in the Dixon Street and/ or George Avenue area.
