GREENVILLE, N.C. (WITN) – The ECU Pirates have a new starting quarterback ahead of their 2024 season.

This past Thursday, Coach Mike Houston told Jake Garcia that he would be the starting quarterback.

Garcia comes to the Pirates from Missouri.

The Pirates have their first game against Norfolk State on August 31st.
