JACKSONVILLE, N.C. (WITN) – Police in one Eastern Carolina city have identified a man who died after they found him shot inside a home.

Jacksonville police say 22-year-old Zhyshawn Owens was discovered shortly before 1:00 p.m. Monday at 134 Lakewood Drive.

Owens was pronounced dead at Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune.
