Havelock traffic stops ends in charges for fentanyl and methamphetamines

HAVELOCK, N.C. (WITN) – A Havelock man is facing numerous drug charges after a traffic stop.

According to Havelock police, 35-year-old Thomas Fogle, Jr. of Havelock was pulled over by officers at Trader Avenue and West Main Street last Friday.

When police searched Fogle’s car they said that they found fentanyl, methamphetamines, marijuana, an unknown white substance, drug paraphernalia, and $760 in cash.

Fogle was charged with two counts of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver schedule II, possession with the intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver schedule VI, resisting a public officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while license revoked.

Fogle was taken to the Craven County Jail where he was held without bond.
