Goldsboro police investigating fourth death in four days

GOLDSBORO, N.C. (WITN) – Police in one Eastern Carolina city are investigating their fourth death in as many days.

Goldsboro police say they were called to a home in the 600 block of Isler Street around 10:30 a.m. Monday. They say a person came home to find 47-year-old Eboni Jackson dead at the home.

No foul play is suspected in Jackson’s death, but police continue to investigate her death.

On Friday, police found a man’s body near I-795 and West Ash Street, then on Saturday they found another man dead at a hotel along U.S. 70. Yesterday, police discovered a woman’s body in the woods off Royall Avenue.
