Farmville’s Dogwood Festival starts today, runs through Sunday

FARMVILLE, N.C. (WITN) – The Farmville Dogwood Festival is returning again this year and offers a fun-filled weekend of events you won’t want to miss.

The festival will be held at the Farmville Town Commons and kicks off Thursday, April 25th with opening ceremonies, live music, and One Price Ride Night. Friday’s festivities start at 9 a.m. with arts and crafts and end at 11 p.m. with amusements. Saturday features exhibits, animals, a BMX Stunt show, live music, and so much more. Sunday closes the festival with a worship service, face painting, rides, and live music.

WITN’s Courtney Bunting will be giving a live inside look tonight during our evening shows at 4, 5, and 6 p.m.

Live music features performing artists Lauren Alaina, Jake Sutton Band, and Austin Williams.

Tickets are $25 if you purchase them in advance and $30 for the day of.
