WASHINGTON COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) – Deputies in one Eastern Carolina county continue to search for a man who hasn’t been seen since Friday.

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office says they used a bloodhound today to search around the area where Jackie Outlaw’s pickup truck was found.

Deputies say, unfortunately, the only scent that the dog picked up was right where the vehicle was discovered.

Outlaw’s wife told deputies she had not heard from her husband since 4:00 p.m. Friday.

His pickup truck was found Sunday along the side of a road in the Roper area. Deputies say the man’s cell phone was inside the truck.
