ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. (WITN) – Debby’s rains are causing some streets in Rocky Mount to close due to standing water and minor flooding.
According to the Rocky Mount Fire Department, the following streets in the city are currently closed:
- River Drive off of Sunset Avenue
- Country Club Road at Southern Boulevard
- Sunset at Old Carriage
- Cloverdale at Farmington
- Sutton Road Tunnels
- The 600 block of Branch Street
- The 1000 – 1800 blocks of Branch Street
- Sutton Road at Davis Street
- The 600 and 1600 blocks of Hammond Street
- The 600 block of Arlington Street
