Another round of potential severe weather targeting Friday night

A low pressure system set to swing warm and cold front across ENC

GREENVILLE, N.C. (WITN) – The threat of severe weather returns on Friday as another area of low pressure moves towards us. The low is set to bring us storms from both a warm front and cold front, each of which providing a chance of severe storms. Likely impacts include severe wind gusts and heavy rain, and an isolated tornado can not be ruled out yet. Storms are currently set to arrive Friday evening through Saturday morning. We will continue to track this storm system as it develops over the coming days.
