For the poke
- 8 oz sushi-grade ahi tuna, diced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Bowl base
- 2 cups cooked sushi rice or jasmine rice
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup shelled edamame
- 1 carrot, shredded
- Seaweed salad or shredded nori
- Pickled ginger (optional)
Instructions
1.Cook the rice2. Marinate the tuna3. Assemble the bowls-
- Add rice
- Top with tuna
- Arrange avocado, cucumber, edamame, carrot, and seaweed
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and extra green onion.
